Multiple Wedding Dresses

Many celebrities these days feel that a wedding is not enough, and need two or three dresses for the big day. Is this a trend, we mean people should consider copying? Of course, for us lesser mortals would mean a smaller budget per dress (but then a small budget can get you far away designer dresses) and they need more than a dress anyway?

There are definitely advantages to having more than one wedding, and you must decide if the benefits are worth it for you. First you should consider the different parts of your wedding. There is a ceremony, reception, and the rest of the evening. With many wedding dresses, you can ensure you wear something comfortable and fit all parts of your big day. It can be particularly useful for certain places such as whether you have a beach wedding, evening reception you can stay at the hotel, because even in countries with warm climates, it can get cold when it gets dark! For winter weddings, when you want to have pictures taken outside you want a dress that does not freeze, but just do not want to sweat (ahem. .. "flash" ladies, is not it?!) When you are in to celebrate reception and dinner.

For a little variation, think about switching between long and short dresses, formal and more casual style, and do not forget the impact of carefully selected shoes and accessories can be. Weddings are a fantastic opportunity to highlight several options dress that you can really play with color and style.

More brides solve the problem of dressing for each part of the day without having to resort to layering a skirt or busy. I think I would choose to wear the same dress for breakfast & wedding ceremony or reception, if only because they want to get as much wear out of this is possible, but a new dress for the evening will mean that I really able to go wild on the dance floor! But if you have your heart set on a tight corset style dress, you may find that you sit and eat is not very comfortable, so a looser fitting wedding dress would be best for the wedding breakfast.

The biggest positive for wearing different dresses for different parts of your wedding, it is of course that you'll spend more time shopping! Whether you go for a traditional wedding dress and a simple dress, wedding or two, you have the opportunity to spend some more time for yourself.
